RENTAL CONDITIONS

License & Driver Age

Drivers must have a valid domestic or international driver's license for at least two years. The required age is 23 for Economy and Compact vehicles, and at least 3 years' driving license and 25 years of age are required for standard and higher groups. For luxury and higher groups, a 3-year driver's license and over 28 years of age are required. If you are over 75, please let us know, age restrictions may apply in some areas.

 

Minimum Rental Period

The minimum rental period is 3 days. We do not have a rental service for less than 3 days. The 1-day figures of our pricing are the prices to be taken as a basis for the day extension of our customers who rent more than 3 days.

 

What's Included / Not Included in Prices

Prices include: Unlimited mileage, third party insurance (within legal limits), damage insurance (CDW), theft insurance, VAT 18%, local taxes, oil, maintenance, 24-hour roadside assistance. Special prices and conditions may apply for long-term rentals (at least 30 days).

Prices not included: Fuel, personal insurance (PAI), one-way rental fee (where applicable), optional extra services (additional drivers, baby and child seats, navigation device, equipment, optional insurances), parking fees, highway toll charges, delivery and return charges outside office/airport.

 

Payment & Deposit Terms

For vehicle reservation and price guarantee, a prepayment of at least 20% of the total rental fee can be requested at the time of reservation and the remaining balance is paid upon delivery of the vehicle. If there is less than 3 days left for your purchase at the time of booking, the full rental price can be requested. Visa/Master Card credit cards, cash, bank transfer are accepted for payment. Only local currency TL can be paid with credit cards.

Deposit requirement at the start of the rental:

Damage that may occur outside the scope of insurance on the return of the car rental, faulty use, missing fuel, rental day extensions, unpaid traffic fines, etc. For additional costs, a minimum provision of 500 TL is taken for the main driver's credit card upon delivery of the vehicle. Provision is not the withdrawal of the collateral from the card, but the blocking of the collateral amount during the rental period. In some vehicle groups, the amount of coverage may be higher. For this purpose, a Visa/Master Card credit card information that is valid for a minimum of 6 months and has a usable limit on the name of the lessee at the beginning of the rental is added to the rental contract. If the original credit card, owner and information are not available at the time of purchase, the vehicle cannot be rented and the reservation is canceled according to the cancellation conditions. Cash deposits are not accepted.

Insurance Information

 

Third Party (Traffic) Insurance:

Traffic insurance covers the material and moral damages that the renting driver will cause to third parties, other vehicles and properties with the vehicle he rented, at the rate of the applicable limits. Damages exceeding the legal limits are the responsibility of the lessor.

Accident Insurance (CDW):

It covers the damages that may occur as a result of the collision in the rented vehicle, if our company is informed at the time of damage and the necessary alcohol and traffic reports are delivered to our relevant office within 48 hours from the date of damage. According to the rented vehicle group, the first 500 TL to 1000 TL of the damage is covered by the insurance exemption and belongs to the lessor. The optional additional insurance for the exemption can be insured by purchasing the Exemption Insurance (Super CDW) at the start of the rental. Accident Insurance (CDW), mechanical failures that may occur as a result of usage errors, loss of key, spare wheel / tool kit / license / wheel cover / wiper / antenna loss, wrong fuel filling, battery expenses that may occur as a result of leaving the headlight and radio / CD player on, tire splits, glass and headlight breakage, child seat, navigation device, Radio / CD player, etc. It does not cover the cleaning costs, cigarette/floor burns due to theft, loss, damage of the equipment, returning the vehicle dirty enough to require cleaning by the auto hairdresser. According to the accident traffic reports, the time that the vehicle will spend in the service or the time that will pass until it is ready to be rented again due to the damages in which the lessor is 100% faulty or due to the expenses not covered by the insurance on the vehicle, are collected as job loss by calculating the daily rental fee in the rental contract.

 

Theft Insurance:

If the vehicle is stolen by force during the rental period, while the vehicle is parked and the key is stolen, and the stolen report is taken from the nearest police / gendarmerie station and notified to our company within 24 hours, the vehicle cost is covered by the insurance exemption fee (500.00 TL-1000.00 TL according to the vehicle group). The key of the vehicle must be returned to our company by the lessor, otherwise the theft insurance is invalid. In case the vehicle is stolen with the key as a result of the loss or the transfer of the key to a third party by the lessor, the theft insurance considers theft as an abuse of security and the vehicle cost is paid by the lessor. The time between the theft of the vehicle and the insurance payment of the vehicle cost is collected from the lessor as job loss compensation. The lessor's liability is limited to a maximum of 30 days.

Exemption Insurance (Super CDW):

Accident Insurance (CDW) insurance is exempted from the damages that may occur as a result of the collision, up to 500.00 TL in Economy-Compact groups, 800.00 TL in Wagon-Standard groups, and up to 1000.00 TL in Minibus-Luxury groups. When the lessor buys the optional Exemption Insurance (Super CDW) by paying an additional fee at the beginning of the rental, he is not responsible for the above exemption fees.

LCF (Tire, Glass, Headlight) Insurance:

You can cover tire splits, headlights and glass breakages that may occur in non-accident situations by purchasing optional LCF (Tire, Glass, Headlight) insurance at an additional cost.

Individual Accident Insurance:

It covers the treatment expenses of the passengers in the rented vehicle within the limits determined in the vehicle's insurance policy. This insurance may not be available in all offices or may be purchased at an additional cost.

Important notes:

In order for the insurance to be valid, the driver should not be under the influence of alcohol or any drugs during the accident, not exceed the legal speed limits, not drive the vehicle outside of the highways, traffic and alcohol reports must be kept at the time of the accident and delivered to our nearest office within 48 hours, except for the ones named in the rental contract. should not be used, should not be transported outside the load limit specified in the vehicle license, the vehicle should not be abandoned at the accident site and the nearest office should be notified. If the damage is noticed on the return of the vehicle and the necessary reports are not received at the time of the damage, the insurance is invalid and the damage is not covered by the declaration.

Additional Drivers

Rental vehicles can be used by two additional drivers apart from the renting driver. In order for additional drivers to use the vehicle, they must be registered in the contract at the beginning of the rental. Additional drivers may be charged additional fees and can be purchased at the time of booking or at the start of the rental. Additional drivers must meet the driver's license and age criteria at the start of the rental. If an unregistered driver has an accident, the insurance will be void.

Child Seat/Navigation Device/Snow Chain

When requested at the time of booking, you can rent child seats, navigation devices, snow chains, etc. for an additional fee. Although you do not request it in your reservation, if you request it at vehicle delivery, the equipment can be provided to you if available.

Flight information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct flight information and times at the time of booking for airport delivery and return rentals. If flight information is not available at the time of booking, flight information must be notified to us at least 24 hours before vehicle delivery. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for the problems that may occur in the delivery or return of the vehicle due to the flight information or changes that are not notified on time, and will not pay any fees. When you inform the flight information in advance, it will be possible for our staff to meet you on time during your arrival and departure from the airport.

Vehicle Delivery & Return Conditions

You can deliver/return the rental car from our office or address in cities, airports. In cities where ANTALYA Car Rental offices are located, no delivery or return fee is charged for distances up to 5 km from the office during office hours. If delivery and return will be made to your hotel, home/work address, outside the city limits for distances over 5 km, a fee of 1.00 TL per kilometer is collected from the nearest ANTALYA RENT A CAR office. Except for airports, pick-up and return outside of city office working hours are subject to additional charges.

One Way Rental

If the vehicle return office/city is a different office/city than the purchase office/city, this type of rental is called one-way rental. In this type of rental, the distance between the reception and return offices/cities is multiplied by 0.30 EUR/0.65 TL per km, and the one-way rental fee is calculated and added to the rental price. This fee covers the service fee required to take the rented vehicle to the reception office.

 

Vehicle Group/Model

Specific car model and make cannot be guaranteed. The desired groups and features are guaranteed. (Example: compact, A/C , manual) ANTALYA RENT A CAR in cases that may occur due to reasons beyond its control (delayed or damaged return of the vehicle from the previous customer, technical failure, force majeure, etc.). reserves the right to replace it with the upper group.

Late/Early Returns

Late Return: When the vehicle returns after the return time specified in the contract, there is no additional charge for delays of up to 59 minutes, when notified in advance and approved by us. For delays of 60 minutes or more, an additional fee of 1/5 of the daily rental fee is charged per hour for each delayed hour. An extra day fee is charged for delays of 5 hours or more. The lessor cannot return the vehicle late without notice and cannot extend the rental period without the approval of the relevant office. ANTALYA RENT A CAR reserves the right not to approve the lease extension in cases where it is required to prepare the vehicle for the next reservation.

Early Returns:

  No refund will be made for rental vehicles that return earlier than the return/return time written in the rental contract.

If the vehicle is delivered at the beginning of the rental, the license, plate and tools must be returned. In cases that cannot be fixed with normal washing and require a car hairdresser, the cleaning fee is collected upon return.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are not rented full tank. Refunds must be made at the same level as the fuel tank level was at the start of the car rental. The missing fuel difference in vehicles returning with missing fuel is collected on the return. Please purchase fuel according to your needs, fuel refunds cannot be made for vehicles that return with excess fuel.

If you wish, you can order prepaid fuel to be collected at the beginning of the rental. Before the vehicle is rented, the requested fuel (1/4, 1/2, full tank) is filled into the vehicle and the fee is collected in advance on delivery. You have to bring the vehicle you rented by purchasing a prepaid petrol service with an empty tank on your return, fuel cannot be refunded for vehicles returning with excess fuel.

Traffic Fines

Traffic fines (including security camera recordings that cannot be notified to you), highway/bridge/parking fees that may occur during your rental period belong to the lessor. If you do not pay these fines on time, the traffic/tax office will notify our head office as the owner of the vehicle, and even if the rental is over, it will be collected from you with the interest and service fee. Please do not have to pay additional interest and fees by paying the penalties on time.

Departure Abroad

Our rental cars cannot be taken abroad. Otherwise, the insurance will lose its validity and the renter will be obliged to pay the cost of the vehicle.

Cancellation Conditions

In accordance with the cancellation conditions, the customer can cancel the reservation by giving prior notice. When you have to cancel your reservation, Antalya Car Rental charges a cancellation fee according to the time remaining until the car rental purchase date. Cancellation Conditions:

- No refunds will be made for early return rentals, late pick-ups from the reservation date and time, no show when the vehicle is not received at the reservation time without notice, and cancellations made after the start of the rental. All cancellations must be sent in writing by email or faxed to +905074955117. From the moment it reaches ANTALYA RENT A CAR, the cancellation request is processed.

1 day rental fee for cancellations made 6-3 days before
For cancellations made 2-0 days ago, deposit fee or 2 days rental fee (whichever is higher)
